The Yoga and Hiking Retreat in Portugal, located in the beautiful Douro Valley region near Pinhão, is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for yogis and like-minded people to gather and experience the tranquility and beauty of nature while practicing yoga.
The retreat will be held from May 11th to 14th in a Villa on top the hills of the Douro Valley, when the weather is ideal for outdoor activities. Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or a beginner, this retreat is the ideal place to reconnect with nature and yourself, as well as meet new people.
This retreat provides an opportunity to escape the hectic pace of daily life and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Douro Valley landscape.

- 2 daily guided yoga classes (morning and evening)

Classes will be held in the Villa's beautiful outdoor setting, providing participants with a serene and peaceful environment where they can connect with their bodies and minds.
It's a small retreat, therefore yoga teacher will able to personalize yoga class accordingly to your objectives and areas you want to improve.
There will be opportunities for meditation, nature hiking, exploring Douro Valley river, and other activities that promote relaxation and well-being.
Throughout the retreat, delicious, healthy, vegetarian and locally sourced meals will be served, and there will be plenty of time for socializing and making new friends.

Location
The guide how to get to the Retreat location:
Our recommendation is to get to Porto, get the train from the station called Campanha and travel to Pinhão (train ticket up to 10 eur), from Pinhão take a taxI (10 min ride).
If you arrive by car, there is parking available in our Retreat Villa.
If you are coming from Lisbon, one of the options is to fly from Cascais to Vila Real and then take a bus to the Retreat location. Every day, flights are available for purchase.
